1. Entertainment and Informational Use Only
The Service provides AI-generated and statistically-derived lottery number predictions for entertainment and informational purposes only. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind that any prediction, number, or method will result in a win or any financial gain.
Lottery drawings are random. Every drawing is statistically independent, and no system, algorithm, or analysis can predict or influence the outcome of any official lottery drawing. Past results do not indicate future outcomes. Any decision you make based on the Service is made solely at your own risk.
The Service is not gambling, is not a lottery, does not sell lottery tickets, and is not financial, investment, or wagering advice.
2. No Affiliation with Official Lotteries
The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Powerball, Mega Millions, the Multi-State Lottery Association, any state lottery, or any official lottery operator. Lottery names and results referenced on the Service are publicly available information used for informational purposes only. To play any official lottery, you must purchase tickets through authorized, licensed retailers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use the Service or create an account.
4. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Purchases, Memberships, and Billing
Payment processor
All purchases are processed through PayPal. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Your use of PayPal is subject to PayPal's own terms and privacy policy.
One-time purchases
Certain features or content may be offered as one-time purchases. Access is granted upon successful payment.
Memberships (recurring)
Memberships are billed on a monthly, automatically recurring basis through PayPal. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us, via PayPal, to charge the applicable membership fee to your PayPal account each month until you cancel. Your membership renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us at legal@ailotterypredictor.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Upon cancellation, you retain access to membership features until the end of your current paid billing period.
Price changes
We may change our prices or membership fees. Any change will apply to billing periods after the change takes effect; we will provide reasonable notice where required.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because the Service provides digital products and access delivered immediately, all purchases and membership fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling a membership prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the Service's content or predictions; (e) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code; or (f) use the Service in any way that could harm us or any third party.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, models, design, text, and content, is owned by Megalancer, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PREDICTION WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEGALANCER, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF MONEY, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY LOTTERY PLAY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Responsible Play

12. Indemnification

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
